Fenix Animal Project — Privacy Policy

What we collect: Organization name, contact email, phone number, location, donation methods, logo/photos, and mission description submitted through the registration form. For Lost & Found reports: animal description, photo, and reporter contact information.

How we use it: Information submitted by organizations is displayed publicly on this portal to connect them with donors and volunteers. Lost & Found information is displayed publicly to help reunite animals with families.

Data retention: Organization listings remain active until removed by the organization or admin. Lost & Found reports are marked resolved when applicable and may be archived after 90 days.

Photos: Photos uploaded are stored securely and displayed publicly on the site. AI analysis of animal photos is performed to assist with breed identification; photos are not stored by the AI provider beyond the analysis request.

Third parties: We use Supabase for data storage. Donation transactions occur directly between donors and organizations — Fenix Animal Project does not process payments.
